1. Recommended dosage
The recommended dose of Zepzelca is 3.2 mg/m2 for intravenous infusion, and the infusion time should exceed 60 minutes. Once every 21 days until the disease progresses or unacceptable toxicity appears.
Only when the absolute neutrophil count (ANC) is at least 1,500 cells/mm ~ 3 and the platelet count is at least 100,000/mm ~ 3, can the treatment with Zepzelca be started.
