[Nubeqa (dalolumide tablets) indications]
NUBEQA is a prescription drug used to treat patients with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, that is, patients with prostate cancer whose tumors have not spread to other parts of the body and are no longer effective in drugs or surgical treatment to reduce testosterone.
It is not known whether NUBEQA is safe and effective for women and children.
[Dosage and administration method of Nubeqa (dalolumide tablets)]
■ The recommended dose of NUBEQA is 600 mg (2 tablets) taken orally twice a day, which is equivalent to a total daily dose of 1200 mg. Take it with food and swallow it whole. Patients should also be treated with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues at the same time, or bilateral orchiectomy should be performed.
■ If the patient has toxic or unbearable adverse reactions greater than or equal to Grade 3, stop taking the drug or reduce it to 300 mg twice a day. After the symptoms improve, the dosage of 600 mg twice a day can be restored, and it is not recommended to reduce the dosage to less than 300 mg twice a day.
■ For patients with severe renal injury who do not receive hemodialysis [EGFR = 15 ~ 29 ml min 1.73 (m2)-1], the recommended daily dose is 300 mg orally, twice a day.
■ Patients with moderate liver injury (Child-Pugh B): The recommended daily dose is 300mg, twice a day.
