Nerlynx（马来酸奈拉替尼）

Indications:
Neratinib is a kinase inhibitor. Nerlynx is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of adult patients with early HER2-overexpressed/amplified breast cancer following standard of care therapy with Herceptin or Trastuzumab.

Dosage and Administration:
Diarrhea prevention: Administer loperamide during the first dose of Nerlynx and the first two subsequent treatment cycles (56 days). Instruct patients to maintain 1-2 bowel movements per day and take medication to prevent diarrhea.
Recommended dose: 240 mg (6 tablets) orally once daily with food for one year.
Dose interruptions and/or dose reductions are recommended based on individual safety and tolerability.
Hepatic impairment: Reduce the starting dose to 80 mg in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
