达雷木单抗Darzalex（daratumumab）

Indications and Use
Darzalex is a human CD38-directed monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least three prior lines of therapy including a proteomic inhibitor (PI) and an immunomodulator or who are double refractory to a PI and an immunomodulator. (1)
This indication is approved under accelerated review based on response rate (14). Continued approval for this indication is contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in confirmatory trials.

Dosage and Administration
Pre-medication with corticosteroids, antipyretics, and antihistamines
Dilute and administer as an intravenous infusion.
The recommended dose is 16 mg/kg body weight.
Administer the drug after infusion.

Dosage Forms and Strengths
Injection:
⑴ 100 mg/5 mL solution in a single-dose vial
⑵ 400 mg/20 mL solution in a single-dose vial
