This product is suitable for skin malignancies, head and neck tumors (jaw cancer, tongue cancer, lip cancer, pharyngeal cancer, oral cancer, etc.), lung cancer (especially primary and metastatic phosphocarcinoma), esophageal cancer, malignant lymphoma (reticular cell sarcoma, lymphosarcoma, Hodgkin’s disease, cervical cancer glioma, thyroid cancer).

【Model and specification】
Injection

【Usage and dosage】
This product is a prescription drug and must be used under the guidance of a doctor.

1. Subcutaneous injection: bleomycin 15-30mg (titer), dissolved in 5ml of normal saline and used. If subcutaneous injection is performed around the lesion, the concentration should not exceed 1mg (titer)/ml. Intramuscular injection should avoid nerves, which may cause local nodules, and the injection site should be changed continuously.

2. Arterial injection: bleomycin 5-15mg (titer) is dissolved in normal saline or glucose solution, and directly injected into the artery by bolus or continuous infusion.
3. Intravenous injection: 15-30mg (potency) of bleomycin is dissolved in 5-20ml of injection water or physiological water, and slowly injected intravenously. When severe fever occurs, the intravenous dose should be reduced to less than 5mg, and the number of doses can be increased, such as 2 times/day. Intravenous injection can cause vascular pain, so attention should be paid to the injection speed and the administration should be as slow as possible.
Injection frequency: usually 2 times/week, which can be increased to once a day or reduced to once a week according to the condition.
Total dose: The goal of treatment termination is the disappearance of the tumor. The total dose is less than 300mg potency.

[Adverse reactions]

1. Interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis (10.2%): There is a possibility of causing interstitial pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis. Alveolar arterial oxygen partial pressure difference, arterial oxygen partial pressure, CO diffusion function, and chest X-ray examinations should be performed regularly.
2. Shock (less than 0.1%): It rarely occurs. If the development is abnormal, the drug should be stopped immediately and treated accordingly. (Since shock often occurs when malignant lymphoma is first used, the first and second doses should be started with a dose of 5 mg or less. After confirming that there is no acute reaction, gradually increase to the usual dose).
3. Pay attention to lesions caused by drug necrosis and bleeding.
4. Overdose: rash, mycosis fungoides, fever with erythroderma.
5. Skin: hair loss, dermatitis, pigmentation, redness, erosion, skin thickening, color change of fat nails.
6. Gastrointestinal symptoms: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, stomatitis, diarrhea.
7. Liver function (less than 1%): abnormal liver function.
8. Renal function (less than 1%): feeling of residual urine, frequent urination, painful urination.
9. Blood (less than 1%): leukopenia.
10. Mental nerves: headache, drowsiness.
11. Injection site: thickening of venous walls, stenosis of the lumen, and induration.
12. Others: fever, discomfort, pain at the tumor site.
