【 Function and Indication 】
Yi Pliem Ma (yervoy) is a human cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen 4(CTLA-4)- blocking antibody, which is suitable for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic melanoma.

50 mg/10 mL,200 mg/40 mL。
【 Usage and dosage 】
The recommended dose is 3mg/kg, and the intravenous drip is completed within 90 minutes, once every 3 weeks and used continuously for 4 cycles. The serious adverse reaction will be terminated forever.
【 Precautions 】
Immune-mediated adverse reactions: permanent termination of serious reactions. Moderate immune-mediated adverse reactions are not given drugs until they return to baseline, improved to mild severity, easily sold in Pliem or completely resolved, and patients are receiving less than 7.5 mg of [prednisone] or equivalent every day. Systemic high-dose corticosteroids are given to severe, persistent or recurrent immune-mediated reactions. (1) Immune-mediated hepatitis: liver function test was evaluated before each administration of YERVOY. (2) Immune-mediated endocrine lesions: thyroid function test and clinical chemistry were monitored before each administration. The signs and symptoms of endocrine diseases were evaluated at each follow-up. Start hormone replacement therapy when necessary.
