【Function and Indications】Bleomycin injection (bleocel) is a broad-spectrum anti-tumor drug. It is effective for squamous cell carcinoma, including head and neck, skin, esophagus, lung, cervix, penis and thyroid cancers, as well as malignant lymphoma. It also has certain effects on brain tumors, malignant melanoma and fibrosarcoma.

【Usage and Dosage】This product is a prescription drug and must be used under the guidance of a doctor.

【Precautions】Because all anticancer drugs can affect cell dynamics and cause induction and malformation, pregnant and lactating women should be cautious when administering it, especially in the first 3 months of pregnancy.

The following situations should be used with caution: elderly patients over 70 years old, lung function damage, liver and kidney function damage. It is not suitable for patients with fever and white blood cell count less than 2500/cubic millimeter.

Patients with renal insufficiency should reduce the dose when using this drug.

【Adverse Reactions】

1. Interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis (10.2%): It may cause interstitial pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis. Alveolar arterial oxygen partial pressure difference, arterial oxygen partial pressure, CO diffusion function, and chest X-ray examinations should be performed regularly.

2. Shock (less than 0.1%): rare. If abnormal development occurs, the drug should be discontinued immediately and treated accordingly. (Since shock often occurs during the initial use of malignant lymphoma, the first and second doses should be started with a dose of 5 mg or less. After confirming that there is no acute reaction, gradually increase to the usual dose).

3. Pay attention to lesions caused by drug necrosis and bleeding.

4. Symptoms: rash, mycosis fungoides, fever with erythroderma.

5. Skin: hair loss, dermatitis, pigmentation, redness, erosion, skin thickening, and changes in the color of fat nails.

6. Gastrointestinal symptoms: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, stomatitis, and diarrhea.

7. Liver function (less than 1%): abnormal liver function.

8. Kidney function (less than 1%): residual urine, frequent urination, and painful urination.

9. Blood (less than 1%): leukopenia.

10. Mental and nervous system: headache, drowsiness.

11. Injection site: thickening of venous wall, stenosis of lumen, induration.

12. Others: fever, discomfort, pain at tumor site.
